Annual Employee/Board Appreciation Luncheon

We are excited to share the incredible time we had at the Annual Better Way of Miami Employee/Board Luncheon, held at the Miami Springs Lion’s Club! This special event was filled with warmth, camaraderie, and appreciation as we gathered to celebrate over 40 years of dedicated service to the Miami community.

It was a day of honoring our exceptional board and staff members for their hard work, commitment, and passion. Awards were presented to recognize outstanding contributions, with heartfelt speeches celebrating the achievements of both individuals and the organization as a whole.

We are immensely proud of all that we have accomplished over the years, and we look forward to continuing our journey of making a positive impact on the lives of those we serve. Here’s to many more years of teamwork, growth, and making a better future for Miami!
